The Revive™ Dental Plan was created by Frank Dental to help subsidise the cost of dental treatments and basic dental care for foreign workers living in Singapore without dental insurance.

If you visit Frank Dental after signing up for the Revive™ Dental Plan, this is what you can expect.
Revive™ Dental Plan Treatment Duration
The Revive™ Dental Plan treatment duration is dependent on what treatment you require during your dental appointment visit at Frank Dental.
Most dental visits take about 30 – 60 minutes depending on the treatment that you require.
If you have a limited window of time, please inform our Frank Dental patient coordinators before your appointment so that we can arrange the best window of time for you.

Frank Dental is an affordable neighbourhood dental clinic that takes a human-approach to how we care for our patients. Our dentists are trained to provide gentle and high-quality dental services to patients.
When you come to Frank Dental for treatment, you can be sure that you are in good hands. Your dental care will be rendered by experienced dentists of more than 10-20 years of experience.
Our transparent treatment fees also ensure that you do not have bill shocks after treatment.

Revive™ Dental Plan: Patient FAQs
Everything you want to know about our affordable dental plan in Singapore.
The Revive™ Dental Plan (Basic) covers the following services:
- 2 Consultations
- 2 General Check Up and X-rays
- 2 Scaling and Polishing (SAP) treatments
- 2 Dental fillings.
If you would like a more comprehensive plan, the Revive™ Dental Plan (Elite) provides a more comprehensive coverage:
- All of the services in Revive™ Dental Plan (Basic)
- Tooth extractions at $55 – $70
- Wisdom tooth extractions at $80 – $100
- Wisdom tooth surgery at $200 – $300
- Partial dentures at $350 – $700
- Full dentures at $700 – $750.
The Revive™ Dental Plan is eligible for the following:
- Foreign workers in Singapore without dental insurance
- Any persons living in Singapore without a Green CHAS/Orange CHAS/Blue CHAS/PG/MG card or Medisave.
The Revive™ Dental Plan is not eligible for Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs.

There are no additional costs for the Revive™ Dental Plan unless you take up treatment outside of the scope of coverage.
The Revive™ Dental Plan provides more affordable dental services for patients who are not subsidised by CHAS or Medisave subsidies.
The cost of the Revive™ Dental Plan allows for patients under the plan to enjoy basic dental care as well as access to heavily subsidised dental treatments that are commonly requested for.
It is not possible to share the Revive™ Dental Plan with your friends and family.
Each Revive™ Dental Plan will be pegged to your individual identification pass.
The validity period of the Revive™ Dental Plan is 12 months.
It will not be possible to extend the validity of the Revive™ Dental Plan.
